With over a decade of experience as a dance teacher, Meg brings a deep understanding of movement, alignment, and body awareness to every Pilates session. As a fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, she combines technical expertise with a passion for helping others feel strong, balanced, and connected in their bodies.
Meg’s teaching style is supportive, focused, and empowering—whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. Her background in dance gives her a unique perspective on posture, flexibility, and control, which she integrates into carefully crafted sessions designed to suit all levels.

For Amrit, Pilates isn’t just exercise — it’s a way to challenge the body, energise the mind, and celebrate what the body can do. She loves exploring new ways to connect with the body and bringing that energy into every class, helping clients move with intention, confidence, and joy.
As a fully qualified Level 3 Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, as well as a Personal Trainer, Amrit’s classes are uplifting, engaging, and form-focused, with just the right amount of challenge — she enjoys adding “a little burn” that leaves clients feeling stronger, more resilient, and energised.
What excites her most is seeing people grow in confidence, develop a real understanding of their bodies, and discover how fun and empowering mindful movement can be. She believes Pilates is for everyone — a practice that anyone can enjoy and benefit from, no matter their age, experience, or fitness level.

Pilates has completely changed the way I think about health and fitness. I used to think it was about powering through intense sessions at the gym. But when I found Pilates, it made me realise that strength doesn’t mean lifting the heaviest weight, it is about moving your body with control and connecting your mind to your muscles.
As my love for Pilates grew, I knew I wanted to take it further - not just in my own practice but sharing it with others. That’s why my classes are designed to make you feel the slow burn by intentionally layering movements that challenge your strength, stability and control. I focus on form and alignment, so you can get the most out of every rep.
Whether you are completely new to Pilates or have experience, my classes are designed to be inclusive and adaptable. Making sure everyone leaves my class feeling supported, confident and proud of what their body can achieve.
